I've been moping around for the past few days, not getting much done. But I have a new tablet on order, so hooray for that. <3 And most of my markers came in finally. A few are still on backorder.
I've been doodling and coloring my doodles... >.<; Trying to get the hang of copics, but I think my lining technique needs more work...
But I've been working on character designs... or trying to... I drew a few pages to my comic/manga but... I keep going back and wondering if I want to change them. Sigh. I feel exceptionally slow... but I think my ability to draw has gotten faster. haha. >.<;

I've been thinking that I'll probably start dumping unrefined works into the scraps section instead of not posting them altogether. (I wont post everything, but some is better than nothing, yes? ) So if there's nothing new in the gallery, the scraps might have something.

And I've started to watermark my traditional works with something other than a Skypress logo. lol.

I need to learn how to adjust colors from scanned items through photoshop, since my scanner hates markers (as does every other scanner >.<; ) So I guess I might tamper around with that later once my tablet comes in.

Okie... so... my tablet is pretty much dead. I can barely manage to move my pointer across my screen now with it so any digital artwork will be on hold for... well... not sure. Until I can get a new tablet. Funny thing is it's actually only a year or so old, hasn't really been used as much as I had hoped... But I guess that's what happens when people barge into your personal space demanding to use your computer while stepping or whacking your tablet with the door/their foot. =.=; (I wont say WHO... but you know who you are!) But I suppose it's my fault for not putting it in a safer place while it's not in use. SIGH.

Anyways, on the BRIGHT SIDE =3 I have some copic markers coming in within a week or so, so I'll have time to practice on that! Plus work on my story script some more. (Q_Q Writing scripts are harder than I originally thought.) ANNNDDD~ work on more character development/designs on minor characters/antagonists, not to mention scenery/key buildings since story's setting changes drastically as the plot progresses. (But lacking a working tablet still hurts. *cries*)

Skypress is the name of a fantasy based story that I'm currently working on (plot still in development) and hope to (someday) turn into a manga. I made this acct as the primary focus of any works that I make that are associated with the story itself, so seeing any deviations outside of 'Skypress' will be rare (so be prepared to see a lot of the same characters! lol)
